The solid distiller accessory is for people with fruit and other solids in their mash when it is distilled. This accessory folds into 2 parts that you unfold inside the pot. When assembled, the solid distiller creates a false bottom that prevent solids from burning onto the bottom of your still and keeps that burned flavor out of your distillation.
